3.1 The 7-Day “Fresh Look” Guarantee
We offer a 7-day return and exchange window. If your hoodie doesn’t fit the vibe or the size, you can initiate a claim.
3.2 Conditions for Exchange
- Original Condition: The hoodie must be unwashed (fleece must remain soft), unworn, and free of any scents or stains.
- Branding: All “HoodiesHub” tags and original poly-bag packaging must be returned.
- Proof: A copy of the printed invoice or the digital order confirmation is mandatory.
3.3 Refund Modalities (The “Money Back” Process)
Recognizing the unique payment landscape in Pakistan, we offer the following refund routes:
- COD Orders: For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash to the customer’s verified account.
- Digital Payments: For Credit/Debit card transactions, the refund is reversed through our payment gateway API (Process time: 7-10 working days per bank policies).
- Store Credit: We offer “Digital Vouchers” for instant use on any of our 17 domains, including winterlibas.store or mardmode.store.
3.4 Shipping Responsibilities
- Our Fault: If we sent the wrong color, size, or a defective piece, we will arrange a “Reverse Pickup” via our courier at no cost to you.
- Change of Mind: If you simply want a different color or size, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our central warehouse in Islamabad.
