2.3 Order Acceptance & Verification
In the Pakistani market, a digital order is an “offer to buy.” hoodieshub.store reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including:
- Unverified contact numbers.
- Incomplete delivery addresses.
- Historical “Refused at Door” records associated with a specific user profile.
2.4 Intellectual Property
The “HoodiesHub” name, logo, and all custom designs (including those on designdashes.store) are the intellectual property of our parent infrastructure. Unauthorized reproduction for local wholesale is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under local Copyright and Trademark laws.
